- Act as if you're an optimist-- play it out until it becomes you.
- Be lfexible: after all if you can't bend a little you'll end up cracking or breaking.
- Do things you enjoy.
- Eat: don't skip meals, optimism, hardiness, and resilience require energy.
- Surround yourself with optimists.
- Sleep: teens need nine hours per night!
- Excersize daily.
- Listen to music: HAPPY MUSIC!
- Practice positive thinking each morning: don't allow your first thoughts to be pessimistic.
- Smile
- Laugh
- Serve others.
- Find and focus on the good in yourself and others.
- Believe that actions determine outcomes.
- Live according to your beliefs and values.
